MAI Ltd were Lead consultant and designers, contract administrators. Undertaking the design and construction service end to end, including making and managing to successful completion the planning change of use and building regulations applications.

The project comprised the brief visioning and design of a high end tapas restaurant, and cocktail bar interior, located on Charlotte Street in London. Working closely with the Hart Brothers, Sam and Eddie Hart, to deliver the creative brief and vision transforming a basement space into a sophisticated venue and fine dining experience. The design uses natural materials in a contemporary way, developing the vision through detailed design and construction to deliver the acclaimed Fino Tapas Restaurant. The project required high levels of attention to detail to meet the exacting client requirements and expectations to deliver a contemporary dining interior that fully meets the exacting service standards synonymous with the Hart family.
